Dr. Sreenath is a distinguished pharmaceutical industry leader with over 36 years of extensive experience across API manufacturing, R&D, regulatory affairs, and global operations. He has held several senior leadership positions, including COO at Nakoda Chemicals, Senior Vice President – Manufacturing, R&D & Technical Services at MSN Group, SBU Head & Director – Technical at Hetero, and Global R&D Head & Senior Vice President at UQUIFA, with responsibilities spanning India, Spain, and Mexico. Earlier in his career, he played key roles at Apotex Pharmachem, Matrix Laboratories, and Dr. Reddy’s Research Foundation.
Throughout his career, Dr. Sreenath has successfully led large, cross-functional global teams and managed USFDA-approved manufacturing facilities. He has been instrumental in driving process R&D, technology transfer, scale-up, and regulatory submissions, and has overseen the commercialization of more than 250 API products across highly regulated markets, including the US and Europe. His leadership has consistently enabled operational excellence, compliance, and sustainable growth.
