Senior General Manager (SGM)

Mr. Bhupesh Nadella is a senior pharma and biopharma professional with over 20 years of experience in the development, scale-up, and technology transfer of complex biological products. At ManoTri Pharma / ManoTri Biologics, he provides strategic and technical leadership in building robust, scalable, and compliant biomanufacturing platforms aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
His expertise spans recombinant proteins, peptides, insulin and its analogues, and monoclonal antibodies, with hands-on experience covering the complete value chain from cell bank development to pilot and commercial manufacturing. He has played a pivotal role in facility design, commissioning, GMP readiness, and process validation, enabling reliable transition from R&D to manufacturing operations.
Mr. Nadella has held senior leadership positions across reputed biopharmaceutical organizations like Natco, Alembic, Wockhardt where he consistently delivered yield improvement, process optimization, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance, including support for international regulatory inspections. He is also deeply involved in bioprocess strategy, startup due diligence, capital and operating cost evaluation, and risk-based process design, ensuring scientific rigor and commercial viability.
As a Senior General Manager at ManoTri, he focuses on technology selection, operational excellence, talent development, and governance, contributing to the establishment of ManoTri Pharma / ManoTri Biologics as a credible, quality-driven biopharmaceutical organization.
Mr. Nadella holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and brings a balanced combination of technical depth, leadership experience, and strategic oversight to the Board.
